Quotes: Quotes are valid for 30 days, except for flash drives, which are valid for five business days. Items subject to fluctuating tariffs are exempt from this policy. If pricing changes due to tariff increases, quoted pricing will be adjusted accordingly. Signature Printing will confirm all pricing in writing before proceeding with production if tariff fluctuations impact the cost.

Graphic Design Services: If artwork services are required, our in-house graphic designer is available at a rate of $50.00 per half-hour. Estimated costs will be confirmed in advance, and work will not begin until we receive customer approval.

Pantone Colors: Most items include one stock imprint color. If a specific PMS color match is required, additional PMS matching charges may apply per color. Please contact your Account Manager for details.

Sales Orders: The sales order outlines all details of your order. Please review it carefully and confirm all information, including shipping address, item details (quantity, colors, sizing), artwork specifications, and delivery dates. Signature Printing is not responsible for errors on approved sales orders, and no credit will be issued after approval.

Proofs: A proof showing the imprint, imprint size, and imprint color(s) will be provided for all orders. Orders will be placed on hold until signed approval is received.

To avoid production delays, please email a signed copy indicating approval or necessary revisions to your Account Manager. Production will not commence until proof approval is received.

Carefully review proofs for any errors, including but not limited to: – Spelling – Missing text – Copy – Logo – Logo size – Layout – Imprint color – Item description – Item colors

No credit will be issued for artwork errors after approval.

Signature Printing proofs do not guarantee exact product or imprint colors, as colors may vary depending on the screen or monitor used. For precise color verification, a pre-production sample can be produced for an additional fee. Contact your Account Manager to discuss pre-production proofing options.

Payment: Payment terms are Net 30, with preferred payment methods being check or ACH. If credit has not been established with Signature Printing, pre-payment may be required. For credit term setup, please contact your Account Manager.

Over/Under Runs & Exact Quantities: We strive to ship the exact quantity ordered. However, due to the nature of the printing process, orders may be over- or under-shipped by 5% to 10%. If an exact quantity is required, additional charges may apply.

Returns: All sales are final. Products with imprinting errors will be replaced at no additional cost. All returns require written approval and must be reported within 10 days of the original shipment.
